Guy Vilim

Guy Vilim founded The Law Office of Guy Vilim, LLC, in 1992. Prior to his work in complex litigation, Mr. Vilim gained a wide variety of experience in other areas. He originally launched his career in advocacy in 1980, as a rape crisis counselor in Philadelphia, eventually becoming the Executive Director of Men Organized Against Rape. Later on, he began his work as a proponent for improving the child welfare system. His years of work helping at-risk youth have touched countless lives, including abused children and kids in the foster care system. He's also put extensive effort towards prison reform; leading several litigation projects to remove non-violent offenders from incarceration. Mr. Vilim has a wide range of experience, so you can rest assured that he is well-equipped to handle any legal problems you may have.

Noreen Amir

Noreen Amir is a graduate of Villanova Law School.  Before joining the firm eleven years ago, Noreen ran a successful management training and consulting business, where she provided expert guidance to a wide variety of businesses on issues related to hiring, employee evaluation, and strategies to improve employee performance and efficiency.  Since joining the firm, Noreen has applied her business background to provide our client agencies with experienced counseling on these same matters, addressing issues such as human resource practice improvement, employee evaluation, training and discipline.  Her experience and her unique legal/business knowledge base has allowed her to guide our clients in boardrooms, budget offices, and business operation and development centers.  Noreen has more than a decade of courtroom and litigation experience in employment law, healthcare, government funding, and regulation.  She has successfully defended employment discrimination lawsuits and, always a versatile advocate, initiated system-change litigation that has resulted in material improvement in the ability of our clients to serve their patients and constituent populations.
