Support HR personnel on disciplinary action to minimize risk of employment claims, conduct employee investigations, draft/review PIPs and other employee retention efforts, provide legal opinions on complex HR issues, work collaboratively with the HR team to empower them within the organization.

Defense: Effectively defend clients from meritless employment claims, advocate for client’s long-term interests with their EPLI claims representative to reduce costs associated with copycat claims. Effectively liaise between client and Insurer to ensure client's long-term interests are considered and litigation costs are contained.
